Our First Aid Day will be held on June 1st and 29th. Anyone 5 and older are welcome to attend, we do ask that you sign up so we know how many instructors to have. The classes are free and hosted by Cape Fear Valley Hospital and Trauma Center.

• CPR 11:00-12:00 - The CPR class is a hands on style CPR to teach the most basic CPR and what to do during such an emergency. This is not a certificate class.
• Lunch 12:00-1:00 - After CPR we will have a Potluck style lunch to relax and fellowship with each other and the instructors. 
• STOP THE BLEED 1:00-2:00 - After lunch will be "Stop the Bleed". This class shows you how to control bleeding and use device available to us before first responders arrive.
